iOS 11 comes with QR scanning feature built-in. So all they’d have to do is point their iPhone camera to the QR Code, tap on the notification, confirm and they’ll be connected.

@40Tech I find a much simpler method is to maintain a separate guest-only network with no password to share. Granted, I do information security for a living and have things properly separated on the backend ????

@PhoneBoy I guess I’m not generous enough to keep my guest network open. :) I do keep it with an easier password to type, though. I have a couple UniFi hotspots, but for now have run the guest network off my router (Ubiquiti Edgerouter). I think the hotspots have the ability to set time limits on guest network access, so if I ever switch to them I could go the no-password route.
