If not, you’re probably at least a little bit tired of hearing the same pop princess on the airwaves over and over and over and… well, you get the idea. Don’t despair! You’ve probably heard there are at least a few sites out there that do their best to provide you with alternatives to your local stations, and make it easy to find and lock into what you need. These are sites that will bring you real radio from around the world, as opposed to the often licence-restricted Last.FM or Pandora — and three of the best out there are RadioTuna, RadioTime, and Tun3r. Threadsy is a great web app that pulls all of your email, Facebook and Twitter info into one neat little interactive package, and even gives you some detailed multiple social network info on your contacts. In May, Threadsy went live to the public with a slew of new features, and has added even more in the last week. If you are a dedicated Windows Live Messenger user and own an iPhone, you may want to take a gander at the official, recently released (and free) iPhone app for the longstanding IM service. The new Live Messenger app is fairly slick and easy to navigate, has push notifications, displays updates from many of the services you can integrate with in your Windows Live account — including Facebook — and handles the job of basic messaging very well. That said, there are a few obvious gaps and design flaws that have made the experience a bit frustrating for some.

GTDagenda is a productivity application made to fit directly into the Getting Things Done methodology created by David Allen. The program appears to be fairly robust, though still "up and coming" and we’ve been curious about it for a while now. Our curiosity was piqued further when we heard that they had recently implemented an Evernote integration, which could solve some of the issues (such as calendars and reminders) that people run into when using Evernote as a GTD platform. So when the folks at GTDagenda contacted us to see if we would do a review – and offered two, lifetime, Premium subscriptions to our readers for free – we figured this was a great opportunity search for a few new writers.

Aviary, the folks who created the online image editing suite, has come back again with their newest creation, Roc, a fun and extremely easy to use tool that allows you to make beautiful (if, so far, short) music right from your web browser; and, of course, share it with all of your friends, make it discoverable, etc, etc. Roc is in alpha, according to the splash screen, and is, thus far, free – and about 10 tons of musical fun!
