I was going to see if I could replace some or all of my system with ACT! by Sage and it seemed to be working great … then it crashed and I had to uninstall and re-install … twice; the second time was enough for me and I’ve decided not to use ACT at all. Too bad, seemed like a great productivity/communications tool.
