I use one with a nice livescribe bound notebook that I can take to meetings. I then just upload my meetings notes to evernote. Evernote has OK OCR but on handwritten pdfs it can be a bit hit or miss. However, with a clear title and good tagging, I don’t really need the OCR feature.

I like it a lot – it is part of my “paperless” world.
