I use Evernote to manage all my files. It’s simple to have all my private and work stuff in just one place. What’s more I started using it as my task manager but it was a bit hard. Latelt I found great app which allows to manage ToDo’s and files in a simple and clear way – check out SmartGTD (www.smartgtd.com). iPad version is going to be launched soon, and more apps are coming – iPhone, Android and Web, so surely it’s useful for everybody who ‘wants to get synced’ on many devices.
