What a discussion thread… at least this shows how much thought and effort people are putting into finding the right apo for their organizing needs. Unfortunately for me, spring pad still has not shown the same dilligence in developing their product after redesign. Despite what bobby says in his previous post, I still find notes to be visible only on my iOS app (when adding notes to a contact). This information is strangely influencing search results on all other OS/Web app. However, the note will never show there. And what good is all the social stuff if basic information gets lost between different environments… Another thing I have not been able to figure out is how to transform the type of information and for example transform a note into a place. This would help a lot in making information more organized and intuitive. I normally just start something by scribbling down some ‘note type’ information. Then after some research I would like to add geographical or online information and transform the note into something else. These two features or rather the absence of it make my working with spring pad very cumbersome. Missing alter natives have – so far – kept me here. But especially losing notes is getting more and more painful. Than for advice from the pros…
