I agree that it is all about communication at this point. Some documentation and use cases would be helpful as well. I may do something like that in the near future. In the meantime, Daniel Gold’s eBook may be a good option for some — but I would understand if the thought of paying for something related to Springpad would be an irritant for you at this point. Daniel, himself, is a good resource, and generally more than willing to share what he knows.
Who did you contact at Springpad? My experience with their support is pretty positive, especially with Katin. It could be that you caught someone suffering from an overload of angry emails — not that that is an excuse, of course. I’d suggest trying Katin again, if you can.
