It’s a great free Text Expansion utility that you can access from the Notification Bar.
It’s free and can add system time, date (format customisable) to the expansion text which you can also edit.
It can be accessed via Long press of Search button as well.
Once you select the item you want, it gets out of the way and places the expanded text in the Clipboard which you can then proceed to paste anywhere.

Has clipboard history as well.
I use this with Swipepad or Task Changer Titanium that allows me to access it even faster.
