I’m going with the seeming majority and my initial thought … Evernote.

If OneNote could capture web pages as cleanly as Evernote, I’d have to go with it, but it just doesn’t clip as well … but the ability to let me scribble anywhere on the page is a huge advantage that OneNote has over Evernote on my tablet.
