I found a solution for my problem. I installed Windowmanager http://www.dfgbt.com/#Programs and created quicksizes with shourtcuts for all my needed window sizes. Then i can easily using a shortcut make the window snap into the grid that i want.

It works perfect with the grid-wallpaper!
