Thanks for sharing your work flow. I am curious why you use both Onenote and Evernote. I use Evernote, but since I am on multiple devices/OS I have never bought into One note. Between email and Evernote and I can capture and categorize most of what I need. It is too bad Evernote doesn’t have a more robust file sharing capability, then you wouldn’t need to use Dropbox as well.
