yes, since the new doc google 2011, this no more works :
google docs no more allows tables with merged cells (a basic feature of html). Merged-cell in a table is possible with Zoho.

for this reason, i no more use doc google, but zoho.

second point : for me, doc google is only good for shopping lists. i have tried to write a curriculum vitae with it : impossible.
i turned back to open office.
