I used to put tasks onto my calendar, but then when I got into “brain dump” mode it just got to be too cumbersome. I still put occassional tasks on the calendar, though, especially one that is time sensitive and I want starting me in the face.
Mostly, though, I put everything and anything that I need to do into Toodeldo. I have it set up so it is mostly automated. I enter items with certain parameters, and then the important stuff each day gets picked up by a particular saved search that I’ve set up, and I just work off of that each day. I’m going to do a write-up here soon on my system.
