They do have a help forum via UserVoice or one of the others. Don’t remember how I found it. I’ll look for it and post it here in a bit. They seem fairly active on it.

As for the groups, it seems people just join. You can send them the link to join, or they can find it on the Groups page. No idea how to control who is in it though. Hopefully that will be added in the future.
