I have a small company that has been using Salesforce ( somewhat as a dump of contacts and leads) and have been considerig Hitask for collaboration and team management.
I need to be sure to be using something that is good before I switch the CRM part of the work as I have some equity ( the non-paying types) built into Salesforce now. Do you know what I mean?
Sales force is expensive ( I can afford it though) and has much more to offer than I need making me a little intimidated by it.
Would you that I could take a leap of faith and start investing in Glasscubes. Based in India, my team is not very tech savvy ( contrary to what everyone might think) and I will be investing time and money in training them on this.
I would be grateful for any advice.
