Check out Vuuch. What I hate about all these productivity applications is they start with the idea of projects and teams and they make me leave the application where I do my work. Vuuch does something very different. With Vuuch everything is organized around your work. Say I am working on a PPT and I need fred to review a slide… I Vuuch the presentation and create activities which are related to the presentation and available right from within PPT. No project, no team, no need to leave PPT.

When you Vuuch something a WEB page is created that tracks everything going on with the file. The page is sort of like the the Facebook page for the presentation. Connect people to the page by making them a friend or by adding them as a participant on an activity.
