Wow. Long chat. In about September my boss had a look at these task managers after yet another missed email instruction gave way to a mess. I thought I was going to get fired. It was horrible. We haven’t looked back and I am much less nervous about mess ups. It helps when your senior colleague is v pleased with new system and therefore me.
