I keep it in my bag, though, to use with my netbook. I spent yesterday loading my netbook with some old games (Baldur's Gate 2, Morrowind, Planescape Torment) for a flight to Montana in a few weeks, so I should have a better idea soon how it works with my netbook. So much of my travel, too, is one part car, one part hotel, one part train, and who knows what else. Has the one you use worked for you? I've read about a bunch of them, debating buying one, but most of them don't seem to be able to handle powerful gadgets like laptops. What's been your experience? I used to carry this massively long thin ethernet cable for when I needed to run it a long stretch, but that got to be too much to carry, so now I have a small one.
